Seated Chair Session

Chair sessions can be conducted anywhere, if you have injuries or conditions that limit mobility, or to focus on individuals who hold stress in their shoulders. Typically I work in the field off the shoulder area on each side of the body..

Spine Walk & Spine Slide Technique

The Spine walk /spine slide is to create flow throughout the spinal column and encourage resonant, energetic, alignment, as parts of the spine can become compartmentalized. By opening flow between the upper, middle and lower energy centers, we can help the client experience a more integrated sense of self as well as being more open to receiving. The Sonic Meridian Flush Session

The Sonic Meridian Flush is a powerful treatment that creates a deeply relaxing and restorative result. this session is traditionally longer, lasting anywhere from 60-90 mins and involves on-the-body work rather than combing in the biofield.

Diaphragm Release Session

The diaphragm release technique is a specialized, unique approach for those struggling to use open, and full abdominal breath. This technique creates an awareness about how the diaphragm responds to stress and restricts deep breathing.

Working with Scars Technique Session

All Scars are different, some are more painful than others, some older, some related to trauma and others not. Our main goal, regardless of the differences, is to support electrical communication across the area of injury. Working on the area physically promotes healing by improving blood and lymph flow.

Sacral Stabilization

Sacral stabilization is particularly impactful for those with lower back pain, or pain that can drift from one side of the body to the other. Re-stabilize the sacrum..

Adrenal Rhythm Reset Session

Powerful session, the adrenals can become overactive due to chronic stress. Recalibrating the adrenal glands and restoring them to their natural rhythm can be a life changing reset, we move the body from a sympathetic state to a parasympathetic state.

Chakras Restoration, Aligning Session

Balancing the mind, body, and spirit….

One of the most powerful tools in sound healing is solfeggio frequencies.

Solfeggio frequencies are special tones that can positively change your brainwave activity, promote relaxation, and reduce stress. They are also believed to help balance the body's chakras or energy centers.

The chakras are energy centers in the body responsible for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In Sanskrit, chakra means "wheel" or "disk."

There are seven main chakras, each of which is associated with a different color and different functions. When these chakras are in balance, we feel healthy and happy. But when they become imbalanced, we may experience physical or emotional problems.

Tuning Organs Session

Tuning organs is a great way to reset the body back into a natural rhythm. By tuning the organs we promote more coherence, structure, and function on a physical level which brings more balance to the Biofield.

Menopause | Peri-Menopause Session

Experiencing hot flashes along with other menopause-related discomforts?

During this session, we will focus on balancing hormones, calming your emotions, regulating your body temperature, and grounding your energy system.

A series of three sessions to begin with, generally once a week. Very often issues can be resolved or greatly improved within three sessions, but there is no limit to how many sessions one can receive. Each session builds on the one before it; there are always deeper layers one can address.

During a Biofield Tuning session,

You lie fully clothed on a treatment table.

I activate a tuning fork and uses this to scan the energy field. It is a matter of feeling and listening for resistance in your energy field.

When I notice an area of turbulence I will continue to activate the tuning fork and hold it in that exact spot.  Research suggests the body’s own energy uses the vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to ‘tune’ or rebalance itself.

In short, the disharmony resolves itself and the sense of resistance changes.

As energy shifts during your session, you may become aware of sensations such as tingling, warmth, or deep muscle relaxation. Common responses include yawning, light snoring (from a relaxed throat), thirst, or a desire to move or use the restroom. The profound relaxation can even lead some clients to drift off to sleep, and the session will proceed smoothly if this occurs. All these experiences signify your body's energetic processes. The more you attune to these internal communications, the more profound your session's benefits will be, and any necessary breaks or movements will not hinder the process.

During your session, your active participation enhances the experience. Maintain steady, deep breathing to facilitate energy flow; I may offer gentle prompts if needed. Stay aware of your body and its sensations, as this openness guides the healing process. While silence is welcome, sharing thoughts or physical sensations can lead to deeper insights and better support. Feel free to move or take breaks as your body dictates; these adjustments will not hinder the session's effectiveness and can actually deepen your experience.

Tuning Forks

The fork broadcasts information to both the client and the tuner. Initially, the forks reflect the nuanced tones held in the field and subsequently the physical body. The tools then provide a steady, coherent input to align and resonate with the body.

produce sound waves that penetrate the tissues and effectively stimulate the body’s natural ability to regenerate itself from within. They address the internal disharmony to create physiological, psychological and emotional balance.

What Are Weighted Tuning Forks

Weighted tuning forks are recognizable by the small weights attached to the ends of the tines (the prongs). These weights enhance the vibration of the fork and direct the sound energy more deeply into the body.

When you use a weighted fork, you often place it directly on the body — on areas like joints, muscles, or energy points (chakras/nerve plexuses) — where the vibration can be felt physically. This makes them great for relieving tension, soothing aches, and helping with pain management.

The added weight also creates a lower-frequency sound, which is less audible but more physically felt. For example, popular forks like the Sonic Slider Tuning Fork are often used on the body to promote relaxation and healing. These forks are a favorite for bodywork, especially in areas that need deeper physical release.

The gentle acoustic waves stimulate blood, lymph, and energy flow and also activate the body to produce Nitric Oxide, a vasodilator and muscle relaxer.

What Are Unweighted Tuning Forks

In sound healing, unweighted forks are often used to help balance energy, reduce stress, and bring about emotional clarity. Because their tones are more subtle but resonate over a greater distance, they are often used for working with the energetic body or in sound healing sessions aimed at creating a deep sense of calm and well-being.

Unweighted tuning forks do not have weights on the tines. They produce a higher-pitched sound that is more easily heard but less physically felt. These forks are typically used around the body, especially near the ears or within the energy field, also known as the biofield. The sound from unweighted forks is clear and precise, making them ideal for meditative practices and calming the mind.
